A couple of years ago I stumbled upon this idea. I have no idea where I read it from.
We seem to always have leftover icing around here. So what do you do with it? Make homemade cookies!
Alll you do is take graham crackers, we have used honey and the chocolate kind, then simply spread the icing on one side. Take the other side and make a little cookie.
My kids love these, they will eat them as a quick snack. No it isn't great for you, but are cookies really good for you anyway?
This is just an idea so that you don't waste your icing. I use this tip for all my icing,whether it is store bought or homemade.
